I had a warm and friendly welcome at the Topkapi Inter Istanbul Hotel. Although the location is surrounded by many stray cats, the hotel itself was clean and the staff very accommodating, even offering early check-in and breakfast at no extra cost. However, I found the breakfast options basic and the swimming pool usage charged at an extra fee, which felt unusual for a hotel of this category. Overall, it was a decent stay, but there are definitely areas for improvement. 😊
